Job Description
Olsson is seeking a Senior Geomorphologist in Denver, CO. The Water Resources team offers its clients a full spectrum of water services, including a complete line of planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services.
As a Senior Geomorphologist, you will use your expertise in fluvial geomorphology to work on river systems, sediment transport, and landscape evolution. You'll conduct fieldwork, analyze data, design projects, support technical tasks, lead QA/QC, advise on complex projects, and develop client and environmental solutions both independently and collaboratively.
This role will include occasional travel to job sites and fieldwork in various terrain and weather conditions.

Strong communication skills Ability to contribute and work well with a team Master’s Degree in Geomorphology, Geology, or Engineering Professional Geologist or Engineer registration preferred 8 years of applied consulting experience in fluvial geomorphology Expertise in GIS, hydraulic modelling, and relevant software River/stream restoration and stabilization project design and management experience#LI-LA1
