This role requires expert-level knowledge of modern web technologies and a solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of experience in application administration and frontend development. Advanced English – B2 + - C1 level

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach team members. Expertise in modern frontend technologies and programming languages. Proven ability to understand, communicate, and drive implementation of complex software solutions. In‑depth knowledge of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interface with stakeholders and leadership.

Technical Requirements

Professional experience with HTML5, CSS3. Strong fluency with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery or Angular. Experience creating rich interactive content using modern JavaScript frameworks. Expert understanding of UX best practices and ability to implement user-centric solutions. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe CS). Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture methodologies. Knowledge of user-centered design theory and hands-on experience applying research findings to real projects. Expert understanding of Responsive Design, UI optimization, and cross‑platform best practices. Knowledge of W3C standards and SEO principles. A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated resourcefulness and creative thinking in the development process. Experience working on E-Commerce applications. Experience in Agile environments. Solid understanding of Web Accessibility (WCAG, ARIA, etc.).
