How you will contribute

You will:

AER - Manage elements of the monthly accounting close process, incl. leading the monthly review calls with major countries. Provide accurate and timely consolidation and reporting up the line ensuring the integrity of local and regional financial reports, balance sheet and Free Cash Flow. FP&A - Provide insights and review results of FCF and CCC with Snr Mgmt, both within BUs, central funcions and with the Region.    Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our related policies.With a mindset of continuous improvement lead the implementation of projects aiming at new reporting standards/involved systems to drive transparency.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

Solid US-GAAP accounting or FP&A skills - >3 yrs.Ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders, internal and external as well as across different hierarchy levels .Multi-country and/or cross-funcional experience.Ability to work effectively and with integrity under pressure to meet deadlines in an international dynamic environment.University Degree in Economics / Accounting / Finance - preferred.

The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
