This role partners closely with the AVP of Finance and CEO to deliver insights that improve operational performance and guide business decisions. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with data to influence strategy and outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and enhance financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planningAnalyze monthly and quarterly the firms revenue and expense data, identifying trends, risks, and variances versus planPartner with internal stakeholders to support decision-making through clear financial insightsPrepare executive-level reports and dashboards to track KPIs and overall business performanceSupport annual budget development, cash flow planning, and funding initiativesLead quarterly reforecasting activities in collaboration with senior leadership and finance partnersIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and data qualityDocument FP&A processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and scalabilityProvide guidance and mentorship to additional team members on modeling techniques and other processesRequired BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role5-10 years contributing within a finance departmentExperience with both revenue and expense modelingAdvanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilityExposure to financial planning or reporting tools; implementation experience a plusStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsClear communicator comfortable presenting models to stakeholdersHigh level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential informationSelf-starter who works well independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Salary Range + 20% annual bonusHealth Insurance: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiumsRetirement Savings: 50% employer match up to IRS limits, with multiple investment optionsAdditional Insurance: Company-paid life, AD&D, short- and long-term disabilityEmployee Assistance Program (EAP): Confidential counseling and wellness supportConcierge Health Support: Access to dedicated healthcare guidancePerks & Discounts: Exclusive partner discounts and wellness resourcesYour Career PartnerThe Reserves Network (TRN) connects skilled Accounting and Finance professionals with top employers nationwide.
