Senior Food Sourcing Manager (Hybrid)
Overview

The Senior Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing global sourcing strategies that deliver best-in-class performance across key spend areas. This role manages supplier relationships and internal stakeholder networks to achieve strategic goals that support both bottom-line and top-line growth, while promoting corporate social responsibility.

The manager leads complex, cross-functional sourcing initiatives and oversees a global spend exceeding $200 million, depending on market complexity. This position may also mentor or manage other procurement professionals.

Focus on eggs and bread categoriesSupplier onboarding, product matching, and compliance assurancePricing strategy development and risk managementRFP evaluation and analysis for bread sourcingCross-functional alignment with planning, QA, and product teamsDaily ResponsibilitiesEngage and manage supplier relationshipsNegotiate pricing and oversee contract executionCoordinate with planning and sourcing teamsCollaborate with product development and QA teamsLead project management and execution effortsTeam InteractionOperates in a highly collaborative environmentRegular engagement with planners, sourcing, QA, and product/menu teamsWork split: 70% collaborative / 30% independent Technology RequirementsMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Tableau – data gathering and analysisPower BI – data gathering and analysisQualifications

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years in sourcing, preferably in food, beverage, or ingredient categories

Skills:

Certifications:

CPM preferred (not required)Preferred QualificationsStrong sourcing acumen and data analytics skillsExperience developing and executing sourcing strategiesCreative problem-solving and solution-oriented mindsetLeadership-level communication skillsBackground in food and beverage sourcingFamiliarity with risk identification and mitigation practices

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
