You will perform detailed finance work, transactions and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls.

Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and data integrity checksContribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policiesExecute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Senior Finance Manager (or Director)Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvementContribute to a high-performing Finance team. Job specific requirements:

Ensuring accuracy and consistency of KPI reporting to stakeholders.   

Support timely preparation of period transactions and month end journal entries, including Cross charges, accruals, and re-classes. 

Assist in new Product Costing and Set up in SAP with Genpact and product costing teams. 

Financial Planning, Budgeting and forecasting, including SAP submissions. 

Continuous improvements opportunity and validations of new projects  

Variance analysis, monthly results vs forecast and prior year with a strong focus on Waste, Overtime, and other key expenses.  

Review Inventory aging to understand risk and opportunity.  

Assist in any financial audits.   

 

Education / Certifications

Undergraduate Degree in Finance, and or working towards Accounting CPA Designation. 

4-5 years Manufacturing or Finance Experience. 

SAP Experience is Preferred. 

Work schedule:

Monday to Friday ( On site)

The expected base salary range for this position is $84,500 to $105,650 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.  In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 8% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.Mondelez also offers several generous employee benefits (some subsidized or fully paid for by the company), including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, and enhanced vacation and holiday entitlements.  AI may be used as part of the recruitment process and in accordance with local laws.
