Your Role:
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing the consolidation of all financial reporting and deliverables of Northrup Grumman Australia, including project controls, Control Account Management (CAM) reporting, Rolling Forecasts, Cash Management, Capex, Workforce Planning and other ad-hoc reporting as required. You will also have accountability for:
Leading monthly and annual forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting cyclesPreparing insightful management reports and presentations for senior leadershipSupporting cost allocation, overhead management, and project cost modellingAdoption of monthly and annual processes, maintenance of artefacts, coordination of business rhythms, ensuring accuracy.Coordination of Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) financial requirementsProviding guidance to the business on accounting policies and proceduresAbout You:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Finance, Commercial or Project Management)Relevant experience in the Defence industry desirableCPA or CA qualificationsStrong negotiation skills, influencing and stakeholder managementPlanning and organisational skillsStrong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to work autonomouslyExcellent communication and influencing skills including the ability to conduct meetings and prepare and present concise oral and written reports, briefings, updates and other documentation to internal and external stakeholders
