Battery company looking for a remote Financial Analyst! Candidates must sit out of PST time zone! Qualifications 3+ years of experience in financial analysis in manufacturing Must have strong financial modeling experience Experience with financial consolidation Experience with advanced Excel functions Description Position is responsible for providing timely, meaningful and relevant financial analysis, information and reporting to various internal customers. They'll be responsible for the following duties: ● Primarily responsible for the coordination and update of the monthly operations review report to executive leadership and private equity owners ● Weekly update of plant inventory reporting- consolidate reporting for 5 plants- leas on for China and UK - reports to executive leadership team and supporting controllers ● Weekly upload of GL transactions from ERP system to Adaptive Insights (reporting tool) ● Coordination and input of various financial/non-financial/KPI data into Adaptive Insights such as CAPEX, labor hours, units, etc. ● Monthly reporting for CFO and Operations dept leaders - will not be presenting to executives but reports are sent to CFO and Operations depts. ● Preparation and distribution of department expenses to dept managers ● Support distribution team (TBS) with monthly financial reporting and analysis ● Manages primary reporting and supporting schedules for annual operating plan ● Functional budget ownership providing department leaders with support and analysis ● Annual Operating Plan reporting and reviews to ensure assumptions from plants and functions are aligned to provided assumptions ● Follows quality system procedures Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
