Qualifications
3+ years of experience in financial analysis in manufacturing
Must have strong financial modeling experience
Experience with financial consolidation
Experience with advanced Excel functions
Description
Position is responsible for providing timely, meaningful and relevant financial analysis, information and reporting to various internal customers. They'll be responsible for the following duties:
●\tPrimarily responsible for the coordination and update of the monthly operations review report to executive leadership and private equity owners
●\tWeekly update of plant inventory reporting- consolidate reporting for 5 plants- leas on for China and UK - reports to executive leadership team and supporting controllers
●\tWeekly upload of GL transactions from ERP system to Adaptive Insights (reporting tool)
●\tCoordination and input of various financial/non-financial/KPI data into Adaptive Insights such as CAPEX, labor hours, units, etc.
●\tMonthly reporting for CFO and Operations dept leaders - will not be presenting to executives but reports are sent to CFO and Operations depts.
●\tPreparation and distribution of department expenses to dept managers
●\tSupport distribution team (TBS) with monthly financial reporting and analysis
●\tManages primary reporting and supporting schedules for annual operating plan
●\tFunctional budget ownership providing department leaders with support and analysis
●\tAnnual Operating Plan reporting and reviews to ensure assumptions from plants and functions are aligned to provided assumptions
●\tFollows quality system procedures
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
