Senior Financial Analyst

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** The Senior Financial Analyst position supports IT Portfolio expense management within CVS Health’s Health Care Delivery (HCD) Finance Division. The position is a member of HCD IT Finance team and will support the HCD IT organization and work cross functionally with Procurement, Human Resources, and other Finance teams to successfully manage, plan, and report on the HCD IT expenses. This position reports to the Lead Director of HCD IT FP&A. + The Senior Financial Analyst’s primary responsibilities include: + Performing month-end (ME) journal entries, variance analyses, and reporting for multiple areas within the segment IT portfolio. + Developing financial models and templates to upload the IT maintenance budget and forecast in SAP + Partnering with the IT business to create informed templates to upload SG&A expenses into SAP/S4-Hana (Cost Center level). + Partnering with the cost center owners to ensure Labor and non labor cost are accurately maintained and reported + Performing monthly financial analyses based on KPIs to be reviewed and consolidated by the Director of the HCD IT FP&A team for inclusion in regular Senior Management meetings. + Coordinating and supporting frequent engagements with the Director of HCD IT FP&A, PMO and various direct reports of the IT Leadership team in support of building yearly budgets and quarterly forecasts assumptions. + Assisting the Director of HCD IT FP&A with any ad-hoc requests. + Tracks, analyzes, and reports on the financial impact of current and proposed IT & business investments. + Additionally, developing and maintaining KPI performance tracking models for multi-year IT projects. **Required Qualifications** + 2 or more years of experience in an FP&A role (or 3 years in corporate IT finance or accounting) + 2 or more years of experience performing actuals vs budget variance analysis + 2 or more years of experience with Microsoft Excel + 2 or more years of experience with Clarity PM and/or SAP ERP products **Preferred Qualifications** + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to work independently on ad-hoc assignments and projects + Comfortable speaking to Senior Management and Executive Leadership **Education** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline with information technology focus or equivalent work experience. + MBA is preferred **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $93,574.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
