The Multifamily Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the execution of investment sales transactions across multifamily, mixed-use, and development assets across the Tri-State. This position requires strong financial modeling capabilities, market research acumen, and the ability to communicate complex financial narratives to institutional clients. The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with key team members and clients to deliver high-quality underwriting, marketing materials, and transaction support.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead underwriting and valuation for $50M+ investment sales transactionsPrepare discounted cash flow analyses, pro forma statements, and rent roll evaluations to determine valuationAssist in the preparation of offering memorandums, pitch decks, and reports for investment sales transactionsConduct market research and analyze competitive positioning, location dynamics, and supply/demand dynamicsInterface directly with prospective investors and clients during diligence and site inspectionsMaintain internal databases tracking investment sales activity and relevant real estate metricsMentor junior analysts to ensure timely and accurate deliverablesSupport the collection and evaluation of due diligence materials and coordinate with clients to ensure completenessExpected Impact
Improve underwriting-to-market speed by 30–40%Enhance pitch win rate through elevated financial precision and storytellingEnable execution of $1B+ in annual transaction volume, supporting $5M+ in fee generationIncrease institutional buyer confidence through sophisticated and clean deliverablesQualifications & Experience

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
