Senior Financial Analyst
**Job Description:** **This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, ensuring accurate forecasting, strategic planning, and data-driven recommendations to achieve and optimize organizational financial objectives. **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • **Financial Planning and Analysis:** Develop and maintain complex financial models for business forecasting. Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. • **Financial Reporting and Compliance:** Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support internal and external audits. • **Other Duties as Assigned:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide mentorship to junior analysts, and continuously seek process improvements. Perform special financial analyses and other tasks as required by senior management. **Additional Responsibilities, Education and Experience:** Operational Support: Accounts Payable experience preferred. Communication Skills: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide corrective actions and resolutions. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance processes, streamline workflows, and improve data accuracy. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications with an emphasis on Excel. Working knowledge of Oracle or other relevant financial software a plus. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Preferred Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. CPA or advanced degree a plus. 3-5 years of related experience. **Job Contribution:** An experienced professional with advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge, resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts. Guides others, applying advanced principles and company practices. Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value. Operates autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction. **Education/Experience:** Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 3+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas. **Supervisor:** No Our **Senior Financial Analyst** earns between $94,300 - $141,500 of TSR.
