Skills and Requirements Job Responsibilities  · Drives the monthly and quarterly financial forecasting and reporting process and performs value-added analysis to assist in decision making  · Responsible for identifying business risks and opportunities and seeking process improvements  · Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline  · Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within organization  · Works within broad guidelines and polices to accomplish objectives and goals  · Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents  · Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner  · Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members  · Individual contributor working with limited oversight  · Performs all other duties as assigned by management Qualifications  · Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field  · 2+ years of related experience.  · Experience in a global company, preferably transaction, financial, or insurance by trade.  · Experience supporting global stakeholders, working across time zones, and operating within multinational finance structures.  · Demonstrated ability to provide constructive challenge, influence decisions, and proactively manage financial risks and opportunities.  · Strong understanding of India statutory requirements and ability to translate global financial frameworks into local execution.  · Ability to work independently, anticipate issues, and drive clarity in ambiguous environments
