Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A
Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst – FP&AJob Description

This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the company's consolidated FP&A forecasting model. It ensures accurate data integration and alignment with BPC, while also managing the creation of a consolidated forecast structure, detailed cost-center and subfunction tabs, and historical data within the model.

ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a comprehensive FP&A forecasting model.Ensure accurate data integration and alignment with BPC.Oversee the creation of consolidated forecast structures and detailed cost-center and subfunction tabs.Manage historical data within the model.Regularly roll forward forecast periods and load system data.Validate totals and resolve discrepancies in forecasts.Manage individualized stakeholder forecast files, ensuring they reconcile with the overall financial forecast.Support subfunction leaders by coordinating meetings and participating in forecast discussions.Make real-time model adjustments and provide financial planning support across the business.Essential SkillsAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skills.Experience with forecasting and planning systems such as BPC.Ability to build and manage consolidated forecasts.Strong communication and partnership skills with stakeholders.SAP experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Power BI or data visualization for building dashboards.Strong understanding of accounting concepts such as accruals, cost centers, variances, and allocations.Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.Advanced analytical problem-solving skills.Process improvement or automation mindset, including experience with VBA, macros, Python, or Alteryx.Project management or coordination skills.Strong documentation discipline.Ability to work under tight deadlines.Effective business partnering and customer communication skills.Attention to data hygiene and structure.Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing forecasts.Work Environment

The position offers a flexible work schedule with 3 days remote and 2 days onsite (Tuesday and Thursday).

This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
