Responsibilities:
Advanced Argus skills (workplace experience) and ability to build cash flow models is a requirement.
Outstanding communication and writing skills.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.
Willingness to work in a goal-oriented, demanding, focused, collaborative, dynamic team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with coursework in accounting, finance, economics and/or real estate, with strong academic credentials. MBA is a plus.
2 -5+ years of commercial real estate experience, preferably with a firm engaged in brokerage, investing, banking, consulting, appraisal, or business development.
