Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, ensuring accurate forecasting, strategic planning, and data-driven recommendations to achieve and optimize organizational financial objectives.
**What you’ll do**
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ **Financial Planning and Analysis:** Develop and maintain complex financial models for business forecasting. Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
+ **Budgeting and Forecasting:** Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting updates. Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate and timely budget submissions.
+ **Financial Reporting and Compliance:** Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support internal and external audits.
+ **Variance and Investment Analysis:** Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to budget/forecast, providing insights and corrective actions. Evaluate potential investment opportunities and prepare recommendations.
+ **Other Duties as Assigned:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide mentorship to junior analysts, and continuously seek process improvements. Perform special financial analyses and other tasks as required by senior management.

**Education/Experience:** Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 3+ years of related experience.

Our Senior Financial Analysis, earns between $105,600 - $158,400. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
