**What’s the Role?**
Our Global Finance organization provides financial analytics and insights to our business leaders. The team delivers data that enables the business to understand key drivers and considerations as they execute their strategy. Our Finance leaders provide guidance and oversight, ensuring we drive progress, while mitigating risk for the organization.
As the Senior Finance Manager, you will drive forward our Supply Chain and Procurement strategy, with thoughtful financial planning and operational efficiency. You will partner with business leaders to increase financial accountability and drive business planning, by preparing and analyzing financial and operational information. This individual will bring cross-functional stakeholders together to ensure leaders have appropriate information as we make decisions. In looking at our collective resources (people, systems/technology and processes), you will identify opportunities for us to work more effectively and efficiently.
**We’ll trust you with:**
+ Serve as a trusted partner to our Supply Chain and Procurement organizations by providing thoughtful analysis and timely insights to support decision-making
+ Drive financial planning and forecasting that aims to improve financial and operational performance metrics
+ Support business leaders by ensuring key metrics and considerations are vetted appropriately when making decisions on technology
+ Guide the development of our purchasing policies and sourcing strategies to drive the best financial result for the Company
+ Advise on how we prepare for and respond to developments acrossthe global landscape and evolving demands
+ Partner with various stakeholders and departments to ensure strategic alignment of initiatives and efficient coordination of processes
+ Gain a deep understanding of our workflows; drive process improvement to ensure we are operating as efficiently as possible including the successful use of technology
+ Lead financial consolidation activities across the Facilities Office and Supply Chain functions, ensuring accurate reporting, aligned forecasting, and clear visibility into enterprise‑wide performance.
**You will need to have:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or other business major is required
+ 12-15+ years of experience in general finance or technology finance role, with a focus on supply chain and procurement operations
+ Experience in leveragingand implementing technology to improve end-to-end processes, create efficiencies and mitigate risk
+ Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, with a demonstrated track record of executing complex financial analysis
+ Proven ability to solve complex problems; improving processes and driving productivity
+ Exceptional communication skills; ability to distill complexity with a methodical and organized approach
+ Ability to effectively manage a broad range of stakeholders across a broad range of disciplines, including senior leaders
+ Strong understanding of financial principles(including GAAP)and technical policy is required
+ Previous experience in Data Center or Cloud Infrastructure is required
+ Experience with financial systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle). Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Salary Range = 155000 - 205000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
