As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis, reporting, and strategic advice to senior executives and business leaders across NSW. You will be a trusted advisor, driving business growth and making informed decisions through data-driven insights. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide financial analysis, reporting, and advisory services to senior executives and business leaders + Manage and resolve finance-related queries and issues from local offices + Collaborate with local Managing Directors to gather revenue forecasts and track actuals + Assist in the month-end review process and reporting + Work with the Finance Director to drive business improvements and system enhancements and provide training on finance systems to local teams + Possible advancement to manage and motivate a team of high-performing state controllers/business partners **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics + Several years of demonstrated related experience and/or training + CA or CPA qualification with 3-5 years of post-qualified experience + Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a strong work ethic and adaptability + Strong financial knowledge and accounting principles + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial systems (RECD, PeopleSoft, Business Intelligence, TM1 Cognos) **What’s in for you** Joining our team means surrounding yourself with talented, driven professionals who are at the top of their field.
