Senior Finance Analyst
About the Role: As a Corporate Capital Markets Senior Analyst at CBRE, you willsupport senior brokers on sale-leaseback and single-tenant net leasetransactions from business development and origination through closing. Youwill perform financial and market analysis, prepare client-facing deliverables,manage due diligence, and help execute transactions in a fast-paced,client-focused environment. What You’ll Do: • Create tailored client presentations/pitch decks,reports, and marketing materials to support deal execution and businessdevelopment. • Build financial models for sale-leasebacks andother net lease transaction structures. • Analyze market data and corporate financialinformation to provide strategic insights and underwriting. • Manage due diligence logistics and verifytransaction data for accuracy. • Assist with business development research whilemaintaining client databases. What You’ll Need: • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-yearcollege/university with between 1-4 years of relevant experience. • NY real estate salesperson license requiredwithin a specified time after hire. • Intermediate knowledge of financial terms,concepts, and accounting principles, as well as a basic understanding of realestate. Financial modeling experience helpful. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word,and Outlook. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, withthe ability to interpret financial data and present findings effectively bothverbally and in writing. • Excellent organizational skills, attention todetail, and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. The minimum salary for the Senior Finance Analyst position is $95,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Senior Finance Analyst position is $105,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
