Your New Role
As a Senior Filling Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining, validating, and optimizing our aseptic filling processes to secure stable and compliant operations. Your key contributions will include:
Ensuring the validated state of filling lines and verifying product quality. Supporting daily production, providing systematic problem‑solving, and guiding operators. Driving continuous improvements using cLEAN® and structured process optimization. Acting as operational responsible in selected projects and product transfers. Conducting process confirmation, ensuring inspection readiness, and participating in audits. Sharing knowledge, best practices, and ensuring timely training across the department.This role offers significant opportunity to develop your expertise in advanced aseptic technologies while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across AMHI. Your New Department
You will join the AMHI Validation Support team in Hillerød, where we support state‑of‑the‑art isolator filling lines used to produce aseptic products for patients worldwide.
Our department collaborates closely with operators, skilled workers, technicians, specialists, and project teams to ensure stable operations and continuous optimization.
Your Skills and Qualifications
You hold:
A bachelor’s degree or higher in natural sciences, engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in aseptic production. Experience with GMP, aseptic filling processes, and production support. Professional proficiency in Danish and English.
On a personal level you are analytical, structured, and able to work independently with complex challenges. You are a strong communicator who collaborates effectively at all organizational levels while being a team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
