How You Will Make Contributions That Matter
Join Saputo Dairy Australia as a Senior Field Services Advisor, based at our Allansford site. In this role, you will cover Southwest Victoria and parts of South Australia, managing existing clients and building new relationships. Reporting to the Head of Milk Supply, you will:
Lead milk supply growth through recruitment and retention strategies.Manage relationships with 10–20 key suppliers and act as a trusted advisor.Provide technical advice on milk quality, pasture management, herd health, nutrition, and farm business performance.Mentor and guide two Field Services Advisors, fostering capability development and ensuring consistent engagement across the region.Support supplier finance programs and ensure alignment with SDA’s engagement and communication plans.About You
Degree in Agricultural Science, Ag-Business or similar.Strong experience in dairy advisory or related areas.In-depth knowledge of the dairy industry, milk pricing, and farm operations.Excellent relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills.Proven ability to coach and develop others to achieve team goals.Full Australian Driver’s License.We’ll Support You With
