Job Description:We’re seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on commercial and industrial boiler and combustion systems. This individual will serve as a trusted technical expert and company ambassador, ensuring reliable system performance and outstanding customer service across key accounts in the NYC region.
Key Responsibilities:• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial and commercial boilers, burners (gas, oil, and combination), and related control systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and start-up commissioning for new and existing equipment.
• Configure and program combustion control systems in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Complete detailed service reports, documentation, and updates using company systems and digital tools.
• Provide hands-on training and technical support to customers to ensure safe and efficient equipment operation.
Qualifications and Requirements:• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience servicing industrial/commercial boilers and combustion systems.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills; ability to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• OSHA certification preferred; TWIC certification and transmitter calibration experience are a plus.
• Must be able to work independently, manage field schedules, and travel throughout NYC/NJ.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S. required.
