Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to manage the delivery of hard services within a complex, operationally critical environment. This role is responsible for ensuring facilities are managed in line with contractual obligations, legislative requirements, and company standards, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, performance, and service excellence.This position is a replacement role and plays a key part in ensuring continuity of service delivery.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Facility Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading, managing, and developing the on-site maintenance team
Acting as the primary point of contact for maintenance delivery
Managing essential services compliance, planned, preventative, reactive, and corrective maintenance programs
Providing first response coordination for critical faults and incidents
Coordinating subcontractors and materials to ensure timely and compliant service delivery
Ensuring all services operate within contractual, statutory, and legislative requirements
Overseeing quality assurance and HSSEQ compliance across all facility operations
Delivering minor works and lifecycle replacement programs
Managing stakeholder relationships and operational communications
Mitigating abatement risk and driving zero-abatement outcomes
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and cost efficiencies
Promoting Cushman & Wakefield values of teamwork, integrity, safety, honesty, and customer service
Key Measures of Performance
Achievement of all contractual KPIs
Zero abatement outcomes
Timely and accurate reporting
Compliance with HSSEQ, environmental, and safety requirements
Delivery of services within agreed time, quality, and budget parameters
Reduction in operating costs for Cushman & Wakefield
High levels of stakeholder satisfaction

Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious PPP and/or healthcare facilities management experience (highly desirable)
Facility Management qualification (well regarded)
Electrical or Mechanical trade background (well regarded)
Sound finance and budgeting capability
Experience managing CMMS systems and maintenance schedules
Strong knowledge of maintenance engineering techniques and asset lifecycle management
Working knowledge of building construction, statutory regulations, and engineering standards
