Job Description Summary

Scope of Role

The Facilities Manager delivers facilities management services across a portfolio of owned and leased assets to meets the needs of Property and Development NSW and the Client Agencies.

The role is responsible for management the building and equipment maintenance schedules, invoicing, contractor management, physical space and experience of the people within a given asset or portfolio. This role will support the Operations Management in the delivery of facilities management services across multiple site portfolios. The position will be responsible for meeting the contractual requirements and statutory and regulatory obligations of the sites / portfolio on a day-to-day basis whilst supporting the Integrated Facilities Management service line for Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of the client. Key accountabilities comprise:

Ensure maintenance is effectively completed to comply with statutory and regulatory obligations, and in line with contract SLA’s and KPI’s

Manage vendor relationships, ensuring KPI’s and overall vendor performance meet expectations.

Manage expenditure within budget, designated cost categories and approved delegations.

Provide management and supervision of all works in line with contract scope of services.

Effectively manage and coordinate works delivered through contractors/subcontractors or WoAG suppliers.
