**Here’s what you’ll focus on:**
+ Lead and develop a team of 6 Facilities Managers on a large portfolio of industrial and logistics assets across Sydney
+ Hands on management of 10 of your own assets
+ Act as the NSW state lead and key client interface, delivering strategic insights and ensuring exceptional service outcomes
+ Drive performance across all facets of facilities operations including contract management, budgeting, compliance, capital works and lifecycle planning
+ Embed a high-performing team culture that thrives on collaboration, accountability, and innovation
+ Play a critical role in driving ESG outcomes, safety, risk mitigation and asset resilience across the portfolio

+ Robust understanding of risk, compliance, WHS and lifecycle asset planning
+ Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and service contracts at scale
