Senior Facilities Coordinator

Our client is seeking a highly dependable and hands‑on Senior Facilities Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of a global investment firm's New York office. This role requires strong facilities experience, excellent judgment, and the ability to provide white‑glove service while coordinating closely with an established facilities/office management team. Hours are 9:00am-6:00pm), and the position is fully onsite five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee office maintenance and repairs; liaise with building management and vendors for issues such as HVAC, lighting, and equipmentCoordinate appliance maintenance, monitor facility needs, and ensure timely resolution of issuesManage inventory, restock pantries, and order office supplies and food itemsAssist with office space organization, storage oversight, and internal office movesSupport daily lunch distribution and maintain cleanliness/organization of pantries, conference rooms, and communal spacesDevelop and maintain vendor relationships, coordinate contractor and service provider access

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in facilities, office coordination, or building operations (financial services preferred)Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort troubleshooting equipment/building issuesProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams; familiarity with VMS and HVAC systems a plusAbility to lift up to 50lbs and work occasional Saturdays for urgent issuesStrong time management, organizational skills, and follow‑up; proactive approach with a "no task too small" mindset

Compensation/Benefits:
