This role is ideal for someone with a background in facilities, maintenance coordination, or customer service, who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with diverse stakeholders.

You’ll support the Facilities Operations Manager in delivering high-quality facilities management services, ensuring compliance with contractual, statutory, and regulatory obligations. From coordinating maintenance schedules to enhancing client experience, your work will directly impact the comfort and functionality of the workplace.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage building and equipment maintenance schedules

Coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance activities

Liaise with contractors, landlords, and internal teams

Support sustainability initiatives and HSSE compliance

Deliver outstanding customer service to site users and guests

Provide input into budgeting, reporting, and vendor performance

 Who You’ll Work With

Facilities Managers and Coordinators

Engineering & Asset Management

HSSE, Sustainability, and Finance teams

External vendors and client stakeholders

 What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in facilities & maintenance coordination

Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet service level agreements

Diploma in Facilities Management or trade qualification preferred
