Aim of the role:
Responsible for the (digital) process areas within GTO, which are supported by ERP and FSM systems.
The function ensures that the business processes in the GTO area are consistently mapped in the ERP and FSM systems and thus lays the foundation for expanding the provision and business models in the area of digital services in the future.
Collaboration in the development and implementation of new business models.
Strategic and operational development of the GTO processes with a focus on a global standard that ensures that business processes provide reliable data for monitoring and clear information regarding further optimization and business development potential.
Promoting cooperation with local service organizations to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Lead the development and implementation of projects within Global Technical Operations function, anticipating complex issues, challenges and opportunities and ensuring integration with the wider GTO strategyResponsible for processes that are mapped in ERP and FSM and the associated business models, taking into account customer and user requirements as well as other stakeholdersDevelopment of strategy and roadmap for a portfolio to support current and future business opportunitiesDriving and sustaining organizational change and operational excellence by empowering local service teams to integrate new technologiesResponsible for the continuous development and optimization of service and field processesDevelopment of methods for continuous improvement and best practice sharing between the local service organizationsDefinition of global standards and harmonization of processes in the GTO areaEvaluation of the impact of new technologies on service and field processes, responsible for the design of optimized processes when introducing new technologiesAssess the skills of staff involved in service innovation team to identify gaps and prioritize development activities. Implementing the organization's formal development frameworks within the area of responsibility. Coaching and mentoring other staff to support the development of the organization's capabilitiesPlanning of future and optimization of current infrastructure and system resources for the provision of process-relevant systems and tools in close cooperation with internal and external service providersRequired Qualifications:
University degree (Uni/FH) in computer science, natural sciences, engineering or economics.
