Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of incoming phone callsTo take care of visitors to the office premises by receiving and guiding them properly in the manner as set out by FMGenerate sales leadsHandling the Visitors and Telephone calls. · Coordinating for FM services for interviews, meetings and common areasIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customersSkills Required
Excellent communication skills both orally and in writingExcellent interpersonal skillsVery good presentation skillsAbility to priorities and plan effectivelyAwareness of different media agendasShould be very creativity.Qualification
GraduationWork Experience
Minimum 2-6 YearsCompensation : Commensurate with market
