About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive - Finance to join J Club. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Provide guests a unique and outstanding experience. Analyse the Financial performance of all departments in order for Finance to assist the stakeholders in making effective operational decisions. In addition, this position will add value by assisting in month end process, reporting and budgeting process. Prepare and analyse monthly Profit & Loss Statement including variance analysisOversee and coordinate the activities of the Shared Services back-office functions (AR, AP, GL), ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial processing.Review and validate the work performed by Shared Services teams, including journal entries, reconciliations, revenue postings, payables processing, and general ledger updates.To post all the journals required to allocate the expenses to correct cost centres as part of month end process.Ensure proper coding, classification, and accounting treatment of all financial transactions processed through Shared Services.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or related industries.Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent 3 years of experience preferably within the international luxury hospitality industry or a recognized blue-chip organization.Advanced Excel SkillsOracle, OPERA and Hyperion SkillsGood analytical and problem-solving skills.
