Role and Responsibilities:
PR TO PO Creation [Excipient vendor procurement] Review Pending Indents Material dispatch follow-up Co-ordination for Vendor payment and New Vendor Creation Plant Co-ordination with various stakeholders (Planning, QA, QC, Production & Stores) Requalification of vendors - Documentation Quality Agreement follow-up – Documentation and Vendor audit Co-ordination with ExIm team for Clearance - Documentation Arranging for documents for the Dual NOC application for imports of excipients MIS preparation Auction in case of multiple vendors Prepare contracts for high-volume excipients Transfers of Non-Moving inventories (intra as well as inter plants) Handling rejections, CAPA closures Closure of open POs for system hygiene before the MRP cycle
