Senior Executive Administrative Assistant -Mergers & Acquisitions

As a Senior Executive Assistant in Commercial and Investment Bank Mergers and Aquisition, you will manage a demanding and dynamic calendar and international travel ensuring efficient use of executives’ time. Partnering with key stakeholders such as Business Managers, Finance and Communications teams, you will track and organize deliverables, prepare end to end for client visits, plan complex market visits and prepare simple communications and presentations. 

Job responsibilities:

Manage all contact coming through the executive’s office (both internal and external)Manage complex calendar Facilitate interactions with executive-level clients and internal constituents across all lines of business, ensuring effective communication and collaborationLeverage internal tools, such as Outlook, Teams, etc.) to prepare for client meetings and maximize communication efficiency.Coordinate and organize meetings, draft communications and presentations including agenda setting as needed, material preparation and distribution, and logistics.Provide site support for local office requirements and partner with colleagues for backup and floor support.Arrange and maintain travel plans and itineraries for both international and domestic travel

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: 

Strong personal leadership and teamwork skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively, in a demanding, changing environmentMinimum 10 years of proven experience supporting executive leadership with large organizationsStrong travel planning skills and knowledgeDetailed and strong organizational skillsBackground in a client facing sales and financial services environmentExceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skillsFluency in all Microsoft office products
