Job Description Summary

Are you a driven and ambitious property professional looking to make your mark in commercial real estate? Cushman & Wakefield is currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our Investment Sales team in Adelaide.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to build your career with a global leader in real estate services. Working closely with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders, you’ll be instrumental in driving successful sale transactions across Adelaide's CBD, fringe, and metropolitan markets.

Job Description

About the Role:

Source, list, and negotiate the sale of commercial property

Canvass the market for new opportunities and off-market transactions

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and key stakeholders

Conduct property inspections, present proposals, and offer strategic sales advice

Collaborate with the broader Investment Sales and Cushman & Wakefield teams to deliver outstanding results for clients

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue potential vendors and sale opportunities

Manage the full sales process including negotiation, documentation, and client communication

Prepare tailored marketing plans and proposals

Provide up-to-date market insights to clients and internal stakeholders

Leverage internal tools and networks to promote Cushman & Wakefield’s full-service offering

Representing the business at industry events, client meetings, and via digital platforms

About You:

3 years’ experience in property, ideally in commercial real estate sales

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

A solid understanding of the Adelaide property market

A team-first attitude with a commitment to excellence

Real Estate Agent License or Sales Representative Certificate (required)

Tertiary qualification in real estate, business, or a related field (preferred)
