Senior Executive, Growth & DAU – Batam We are looking for a Senior Executive, Growth & DAU – Batam to support the growth of Aon’s business across all solution lines in Batam. Reporting directly to the Head of Office – Batam, this role is a front-line, market-facing position focused on client acquisition, relationship development, and sales execution. The role works closely with Jakarta-based broking, advisory, and client service teams to bring the full breadth of Aon’s capabilities to clients. The role is based in Batam and operates within a hybrid working arrangement. What the day will look like This role supports the local growth agenda in Batam across all Aon solution lines, acting as a key contributor to new business development and client relationship management under the direction of the Head of Office – Batam. The position is predominantly market-facing, focused on opening doors, building relationships with prospective and existing clients, and supporting the delivery of integrated Aon solutions. Success in this role requires strong execution discipline, local market knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively across solution lines while operating within Aon’s governance and compliance framework. Role & Responsibilities Support the Head of Office – Batam in executing the local growth plan and achieving agreed revenue and activity targets across all solution lines. Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building in the Batam market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, positioning Aon as a trusted advisor across risk, health, wealth, and human capital solutions. Support the development and expansion of existing client accounts by identifying cross-solution and cross-line opportunities in collaboration with internal teams. Coordinate closely with Jakarta-based broking, advisory, and specialist teams to support solution design, placement, and client delivery. Prepare and contribute to sales pitches, client meetings, and presentations, with guidance from the Head of Office – Batam and senior colleagues. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and updates for management review. Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements, including OJK standards, with support from functional teams. Demonstrate and promote Deliver Aon United (DAU) behaviours through effective collaboration with local, national, and regional colleagues. Skills and experience that will lead to success 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles within insurance, risk advisory, consulting, or professional services. Meets minimum regulatory requirements as stipulated by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) and other relevant authorities. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a consultative and solutions-oriented approach. Commercially minded with an interest in developing a broad understanding of Aon’s full suite of solutions. Highly motivated, organised, and accountable, with the ability to work effectively under direction while managing day-to-day priorities independently. Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate across functions, solution lines, and geographies.
