Senior Enterprise Account Manager

The Opportunity

Nutanix is looking for an Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Austria to build and manage a mix accounts, with focus on strategic and large Enterprise Accounts. As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you are responsible for selling Nutanix Solutions and Services directly to large Enterprise customers. You will also be working closely with a dedicated Systems Engineer.

Success in this role requires a strong focus on developing new business across Austria, while also strategically managing and expanding existing accounts. The position covers a mixed Enterprise and Mid-Market customer base, with responsibility for selling Nutanix products and solutions through channel partners, while collaborating closely with alliances, ISVs, and engaging directly with customers. Nutanix provides strong support and resources from Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development to enable consistent achievement and overperformance against sales goals.

As part of the Enterprise Sales Team, you will travel to associated client meetings, conferences, and sales engagements. We encourage to meet with clients in various locations, allowing you to build relationships and drive business growth through face-to-face interactions. Your Role

Drive net-new business and win new logos across Austria, growing Nutanix’s footprint within named Enterprise and Mid-Market accountsGrow sales across the full Nutanix portfolio by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing customer engagementsEngage directly with customers to understand business and technical needs, positioning Nutanix solutions through consultative, solution-based sellingArticulate the Nutanix value proposition, including product capabilities, USPs, licensing, and pricingDevelop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, alliances, and ISVsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Systems Engineering, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product DevelopmentLeverage strong communication and presentation skills to drive pipeline and execute sales initiativesConsistently achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives through individual performance

 

What You Will Bring

Proven track record in sales, with 10+ years of experience.Pronounced focus on customer success.Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, particularly in the IT industry.Experience in the infrastructure domain.Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to engage meaningfully with customers.Passion in aligning business needs with technology solutions.

Work Arrangement

This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, we try to get together on a regular basis, or there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.The work arrangement for this role will be discussed with the hiring manager.
