Description

Sr. Engineer – ServiceNow will be focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) implementation. This role will work with Senior Architect, responsible for analyzing, developing, and improving required workflows and control validation processes within ServiceNow GRC to ensure the compliance of security requirements across our organization.

Job overview and responsibilities

Design, develop and validate/test GRC workflows within ServiceNow IRM modules to meet functional requirements from stakeholders Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GRC-related issues in ServiceNow IRM Support ServiceNow IRM platform updates and operationsDevelop documentation and training materials to support the GRC functional teams using ServiceNow IRMDevelop Integrations between ServiceNow and other systems to enable automated evidence collection and risk analysisEnsure ServiceNow IRM compliance with security requirements and industry standards

QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelor's Degree 4 years of experience in secure application development.3 years of hands-on experience implementing business processes in ServiceNow3 years of IRM/GRC development experiences in ServiceNow.Expert in JavaScript, AngularJS, and API integrationStrong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify solutions and drive for solution implementation.Ability to work independently and self-motivateWorking knowledge of security control frameworks such as NIST 800-53, SSDF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and OWASPExcellent team player, engaging, and proactively identify opportunities to improve process and drive for delivery
