Responsibilities:

Arrange and implement planned maintenance works as assigned, monitor project progress and supervise contractors for contracted out works

Supervise the technical team to carry out routine maintenance for various facilities

Prepare operation report and incident reports for DC tenants

Handle DC's tenants' enquiries and follow up

Prepare approval from to management for the procurement of any goods / services

Prepare incident report and attend emergency call as site in charge

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering

5 years' experience in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering

Familiar with UPS, Generator, Chiller Plant, LV switchboards, CRAC, Fire services & DCIM

Holder of REW C is a highly preferrable

Prior experience in Data Centre/Telecom industry is preferred

Good communication skills and good command of English and Chinese

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS office
