We are seeking a dedicated Sr Eng, Strategy to join our ambitious team. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to lead and drive strategic projects that will craft the future of our Haina facility. We value innovation and collaboration and are looking for a proven leader who can efficiently implement remarkable engineering solutions.
What you’ll be doing:Lead Capital Projects related to Design Transfer, New Product Introductions, and Growth & VIPs.Ensure accuracy and compliance with capital projects, monitoring expenditures and tracking costs.Align facility needs with project demands, anticipating and mitigating risks.Optimize manufacturing processes and respond to production and strategy requests using Project Management principles and tools.Begin, plan, complete, and implement product/process transfers and expansion projects.Develop strategy projects from concept/design stages to manufacturing production.Coordinate and perform local and regional engineering project activities.Implement design changes, material selections, and manufacturing techniques.Conduct standard cost revisions, quotation processes, and process improvement projects.Complete in-process or product validations using local engineering resources, coordinating with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality departments.Implement Value Improvement Projects and support the Haina plant VIP program.Perform statistical and analytical analysis using Six Sigma engineering tools.Conduct implementation activities for processes or products from regional or international facilities to the Haina manufacturing areas.What you’ll bring!
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering.Six Sigma Certification or Lean Manufacturing Certification desired.5 years demonstrated ability with project management.PMP or related certification is ideal.Proficiency in software packages.Expertise in Project Management.Ability to communicate and speak proficiently in both English and Spanish in a business setting.Your outstanding skills in developing and implementing projects will help us maintain our competitive edge and successfully implement our mission to save and sustain lives. We are looking for someone who can determine the best approaches and ensure our training standards are met with excellence!
