Job Description Seeking a Senior Engineer, Software (Mobile) to lead the design, development, and delivery of Android mobile applications for Carnival Cruise Line. This role will architect scalable and secure solutions, translate business requirements into technical deliverables, and drive implementation of new features. The engineer will collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams, mentor junior developers, and enforce code quality and security standards. Skills and Requirements • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Mobile Engineer with a primary focus on Android  • Proven experience designing and architecting Android mobile applications  • Strong skills in native Android development (Kotlin/Java)  • Experience with Android app deployment, analytics, and SDK/API integration  • Ability to optimize Android applications for performance, security, and scalability  • Skilled in requirement gathering, technical documentation, and code reviews  • Experience leading projects and mentoring developers  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork  • Experience with hybrid frameworks (React Native or Flutter) in an Android context • Experience with iOS development (Swift / Objective‑C)  • Experience supporting or contributing to cross‑platform applications across Android and iOS  • Master’s degree in a relevant field  • Certifications (CPSA, PMP, PMI, CSM, ITIL)  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices  • Familiarity with business domain systems and compliance in mobile environments  • Experience in the travel industry
