Senior Product Engineer (PE) je zodpovědný za vedení a koordinaci mezioborového vývojového týmu při vývoji nových automobilových osvětlovacích produktů. PE působí jako hlavní kontakt pro zákazníky v technických záležitostech produktu. Spolupracuje s programovým manažerem během celého životního cyklu projektu (od RFQ, plánování, testování, podporu přípravy výroby a až po zahájení sériové výroby). To zahrnuje vyjednávání technických požadavků se zákazníky, výrobou a dodavateli. Tato role je klíčová pro úspěšné dodání produktu.
Vyvíjí automobilové osvětlovací produkty.Vyjednává technické požadavky se zákazníkem nebo dodavateli a vede s nimi schůzky.Implementuje vhodné mechanické, elektronické a optické koncepty, aby byla zajištěna plná funkčnost konečného produktu, včetně schválení výrobní proveditelnosti.Úzce spolupracuje s Electronics Systems Engineer.Zajišťuje tvorbu a údržbu dokumentace dle Magna PDP (BOM, výkresová dokumentace, Lessons learned, atd.).Je zodpovědný za dodržování termínů při realizaci projektových úkolů a včasnou eskalaci potenciálních problémů.Spolupracuje s projektovým manažerem na projektu a zajišťuje plnění úkolů Magna PDP podle časového plánu projektu.Podporuje tvorbu testovacího plánu během vývoje produktu.Podporuje testování produktu (DV, PV), včetně implementace nápravných opatření.Implementuje změnové řízení.Posuzuje a identifikuje vývojové kapacity pro RFQ a nominované projekty.Udržuje Open Issue list.Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
