Job Title: Sr. Electrical Engineer
Job Description
Lead the design and development of analog circuits and electrical systems while ensuring they meet safety and performance standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate electrical components across platforms, guaranteeing optimal functionality. Oversee the analysis, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to enhance performance and reliability. Develop and implement control algorithms and systems tailored to specific operational needs. Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to source high-quality electrical components that align with project goals. Provide mentorship and guidance in electrical engineering principles to junior engineers and the broader project team. Draft comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project parameters. Stay updated on industry advancements, particularly in electrical engineering and related technologies.

At least 5+ years of electrical engineering experience.Deep expertise in electrical system architecture and design.Proven track record in leading and managing diverse electrical projects.Experience in analog/digital circuit design.Experience in filter design and PCB design.Ability to test and troubleshoot designs.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Altium, SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink.Desired languages Python, C/C++.Proficient in microcontrollers (SPI, I2C, UART, DAQ).Hands-on experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC).Familiarity with the latest safety standards and regulations.Excellent communication abilities and a talent for collaborative teamwork.Detail-oriented, ensuring project quality and timeliness.Familiarity with Directed Energy and Space Domain Awareness technologies.Work Environment
On-site, 5 days a week from 8am to 4pm. The work environment is casual, allowing for jeans and polo attire.
