What You Will Do:

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology engagements, from strategy through execution in Financial Services domainSolution offerings that meet market demands, create new solutions, establish guidelines, common protocols, and identify opportunities that work with multiple customersSolution building – ability to understand customer solutions, solution development, solution to execution planningGuiding monitoring execution teams to deliver promised solutions to outcomesIdentifying and implementing overall program improvements for clientsEffectively leveraging project resources to accomplish tasks while providing regular feedback and coachingPlay a vital role in managing and developing team members in the Technology TeamDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on digital transformation, cloud adoption, data strategy, and emerging technologiesDeveloping, performing, and supervising detailed financial, economic, and statistical analysisBe accountable for the service offering’s financial performance and meeting the financial budgets

What You Will Need:

Master’s or bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college20+ years of experience in leading large-scale projects at a major technology / consulting companyMust have experience in successfully managing client relationships and deliverables in Financial Services domainProven track record of selling, securing, and delivering complex technology projectsExperience managing large teams in a global delivery modelStrong understanding of the technology requirements and how to modernizeExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience in developing, mentoring, and managing teamsExcellent stakeholder management skillsWilling to travel on a need basis

What Would Be Nice to Have:

Prior experience in a global consulting firm or IT services organizationsStrong negotiation and influencing abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with a variety of senior internal and external stakeholdersExtremely driven, energetic, and able to thrive in a result-oriented, entrepreneurial, analytical environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
