Job Description

As the Senior Director of External Reporting you will:

Own all SEC and external reporting enterprise-wideLead disclosure strategy with CAO/CFO and align with IR and Audit CommitteeAdvise leadership on regulatory trends and disclosure riskOversee U.S. GAAP consolidated financialsBe primary contact for external auditors on SEC mattersEnsure XBRL compliance and evolving SEC technical requirementsManage global statutory reporting and local audit deadlinesDrive consistency across regulators, banks, and stakeholdersLead creation of the Annual Report

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Director of External Reporting should have:

A strong background in Accounting & Finance with expertise in the Financial Services industry.Proven knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.Exceptional leadership and team management skills to guide a high-performing team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial reporting issues.Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary ranging from $225,000 to $270,000 USD.Comprehensive benefits package to be determined upon offer.Opportunity to work in Fairfax County, VirginiaOpportunity to work in a reputable organization within the Financial Services industry.Collaborative and professional work environment with growth opportunities.
