**Objective of the function:** To drive profitable growth and ensure the long-term competitiveness of the product portfolio through full profit and loss responsibility, end-to-end ownership of the entire product lifecycle, and cross-functional leadership. **Your responsibilities:** + Full P&L responsibility including CAPEX, investments, manufacturing location, make-or-buy decisions, etc. for the 4008 product + Regular release of updated/new product offerings within VS Machines in line with BU ecosystem and portfolio strategy (with agreed scope and quality, at the right cost, within budget, and on time) + Develop innovative new products with improved performance and reduced costs for the entire VS ecosystem + Establishment of strategies and targets for manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain for 4008, responsibility for COP procurement and manufacturing technology + Full responsibility for the KPIs of the 4008 product (innovation, product development, quality, and cost performance) **Your profile:** + Academic degree or equivalent diploma in a relevant field Postgraduate degree (PhD, MBA) is an advantage + At least 6 years of management experience in product and solution development + At least 5 years of experience in medical technology in R&D, marketing, or similar areas + Proven track record as a leader in growth, innovation, turnaround, and cost reduction + Successful product development programs that have led to high sales and meet customer needs + Experience in product lifecycle management + High level of expertise in medical-technical hemodialysis products, services, and therapies + Expertise in all areas of strategic planning and implementation of product management and marketing measures + Analyzes complex situations, optimizes processes, plans and prioritizes effectively, and ensures accountability to achieve results + Promotes commitment, fosters collaboration, communicates clearly and comprehensively with all target groups, acts in a customer- and business-oriented manner, and strategically anticipates future opportunities + Business-level fluency in spoken and written English
