Job Description Summary

The Director of Integrated Transaction Management will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering tailored transaction management solutions to C&Ws occupier clients. This role combines leadership, strategic insight, and operational excellence to drive value for clients through proactive real estate management and integrated service delivery.

Job Description

Leadership & Team Development

- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplined team across various clients and geographies.
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent; provide coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture aligned with client goals and organizational values.

Strategic Oversight

- Oversee the integration of TM services to deliver holistic, data-driven execution strategies.
- Drive proactive opportunity identification and reporting to enhance client delivery and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.

Transaction Management

- Ensure effective execution of all transaction types including lease, sale, sublease, and purchase transactions.
- Provide oversight and guidance on transaction processes, tools, and client-specific playbooks.
- Collaborate with brokerage professionals and client partners to negotiate optimal business terms.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their business drivers and aligning service delivery accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, landlords, and third-party partners.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality client communications and deliverables.

Operational Excellence

- Track and manage team workload, performance metrics, and KPIs across service lines.
- Leverage technology platforms and analytics to improve service delivery and reporting.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on transaction management, portfolio strategy, or consulting.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex client relationships.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate platforms (e.g., Tririga).
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
