**Position Summary...**
Senior Director, Pricing Transformation
Our Merchandising Transformation team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to set strategy and drive results to meet our goals of revolutionizing our pricing tools and approaches. This role will provide expertise and act as a subject matter expert to set the vision, guide the process and technology innovation, and ensure successful implementation of our new capabilities to drive people-led, tech-powered for our merchandising team.
**What you'll do...**
+ Build and implement agentic, analytical and automation tools that enable us to better price our items, both in stores and online
+ Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships with product, data science, engineering, strategy and merchandising teams to maximize the achievement results
+ Drive continuous improvements to our pricing process, guide and supervise the adoption of new technology, and support AI disruption in line with Walmart’s business model and our EDLP strategies
+ Deliver expected business results while putting the customer first and consistently applying an omni-merchant mindset, and the EDLP and EDLC business models to all plans and initiatives
+ Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent. Build strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners; work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives, and communicate with energy and positivity to motivate, influence, and inspire commitment and action

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

**Minimum Qualifications...**

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
