As a key member of the Operations and Oversight leadership team, you will be accountable for regulatory oversight and policy management across Day-to-Day (D2D) Banking and Savings, Investing & Advice (SIA) groups. This high-profile position empowers you to advance regulatory compliance by serving as a policy expert, strategic advisor, and oversight partner, supporting teams in navigating regulatory change and guiding the implementation of new requirements. Your leadership ensures adherence to regulatory frameworks, drives policy improvements, and enables proactive compliance, all while supporting strategic business objectives and making a tangible impact on CIBC’s ongoing transformation.
