Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a Head of Global Tenant Advisory Group in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The position is Director/Senior Director level, will be primarily responsible for creating business opportunities with new and existing clients, also managing and providing best practice advisory services relating to all aspects of the Industrial and Office Real Estate transaction process, (inbound and local deals) on behalf of Multinational Corporations (MNCs).

[Role & Responsibility]

This Role will be focused on driving business development activities, delivering Industrial and Office Tenant Representation client requirements, inclusive of Office, Plants, R&D / Lab, and Warehouse projects.Manage the delivery of all real estate transaction services heavily focused on proactive client(s) communications with market leading client deliverables   Work on negotiating advanced client Industrial/Office relocations, renewals, disposal and acquisition assignment transactions, including, but not limited to; identification of cost saving opportunities, site identification and selection, Landlord negotiations, resolution of landlord-tenant issues, drafting, lease reviews, lease abstract, financial modelingManage client expectations and advise clients on the holistic transaction process from project initiation to close-out.Manage Client account management & internal reporting responsibilitiesMaintain accurate and organized records of on-going projects and pitching opportunities, including internal project tracking documents, pipelines, and revenue forecastsAdvise on best practice transaction processes to facilitate positive client outcomesManage and assist with the management of communications (Eng.) with client account managers & brokers (regionally/globally) and the local client entity point of contactClient Relationship Management (CRM) to retain and expand client pool through current client database and business development activity.Actively seek new solutions, promote the business through marketing campaigns, and create new revenue opportunities

[Requirements/Preference]

10+ years’ experience in Real Estate, B2B Sales and Marketing or other business related field, such as consultancy, project management, architectural and design – focused on client relationships and winning business   Native level of English communication (written/spoken)Degree in Real Estate, Business, Communications, Finance, or another relevant field.High degree of professionalismComfortable in presenting to senior internal and external audiences in English languageGood to advance proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to learn and operate industry specific databases and softwareCritical thinking skills and problem-solving capabilities.

사무실, 공장, R&D 연구시설 및 물류창고 등 전반적인 산업용 부동산 프로젝트 컨설팅 자문 업무 및 신규사업 추진주요 클라이언트에 대한 주도적인 커뮤니케이션에 중점을 둔 모든 정보/서비스/제안서, 보고서 제공 및 관리비용 절감 기회, 옵션 제공 및 선정, LOI 초안 작성, 임대 검토 및 요약, 재무 모델링, 임대인-임차인 관계 조율 업무를 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않는 산업용 자산 및 사무실의 이전, 재계약 갱신 및 전대, 이전 업무 관리 및 협상 수행프로젝트 시작부터 종료까지 전체 프로세스에 대한 고객 기대치 관리 및 고객 컨설팅고객사 관리 및 내부 보고 책임을 관리하고 지원내부 프로젝트 트래킹, 파이프라인 및 매출 예측을 포함하여, 진행 중인 프로젝트 및 피칭 기회를 정확하고 체계적으로 관리긍정적인 결과를 도출하기 위한 최상의 거래 프로세스에 대해 의견 제공영어 커뮤니케이션을 통한 고객사 담당자 및 브로커(로컬/글로벌) 과의 지속적인 연락 담당 및 조율 업무

[Requirements/Preference]

10년 이상의 부동산, B2B 영업 및 마케팅 또는 컨설팅, 프로젝트 관리, 건축 및 디자인과 같은 기타 비즈니스 관련 분야의 경력 – 고객 관계 및 비즈니스 기회 확보에 중점을 둔 경험원어민 수준의 영어 구사부동산, 비즈니스, 커뮤니케이션, 금융 또는 기타 관련 분야의 학사 학위높은 수준의 전문성 요구영어로 내부 및 외부 소통을 하는데에 불편함이 없어야함.마이크로소프트 프로그램에 대한 숙련도와 산업별 데이터베이스 및 소프트웨어를 배우고 운용할 수 있는 능력비판적 사고 능력과 문제 해결 능력
