The base pay for this position generally is between $151,400.00 and $322,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

Job Summary

As Sr Director, Multi-Tenant Sales at Spectrum, you will guide a high-performing sales team across multiple regions to deliver and exceed ambitious sales goals. You’ll develop and execute strategies that expand Spectrum’s reach in multi-tenant environments, ensuring both short- and long-term success for the company. Your work will directly influence market penetration and revenue growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Coordinate and oversee all Multi-Tenant Sales Department activities for your assigned division, ensuring alignment with Spectrum’s objectivesGuide Senior Sales Managers and Sales Supervisors in developing effective customer and sales strategies to maximize resultsDevelop and implement sales plans to achieve customer growth and revenue targets for Multi-Tenant SalesCommunicate goals, strategies and requirements to field teams, monitoring and evaluating performance for continuous improvementFoster a motivated, energetic organization focused on achieving sales and revenue goals through innovation and improvementProvide financial modeling and analysis in collaboration with interdepartmental leaders to forecast monthly results and drive strategic decisionsEnsure professional account management for assigned Multi-Tenant accounts, promoting revenue growth, retention and enhanced customer satisfactionWorking Conditions
