IQVIA MedTech is seeking an experienced clinical operations leader to oversee all U.S.-based MedTech clinical activities. The Senior Director, MedTech US Clinical Operations will provide end-to-end oversight of clinical operations regionally within the United States for the MedTech portfolio, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and business objectives. This role will serve as the primary point of accountability for U.S. clinical execution across project management, monitoring, start-up and administrative functions; driving efficiency, risk mitigation, and operational scalability.

Bachelor's Degree Life Sciences or related fieldDemonstrated experience in full ownership and management of a regional Profit & Loss (P&L), including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance accountability.Experience with leading medical device clinical trials is highly preferredRequires broad management knowledge to lead cross-regional teams, and well as the ability to influence others outside of own job area regarding policies, procedures, and goals.Requires 15 years of clinical research experience including 9 years of leadership experience.Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.Knowledge of clinical trials - In depth and skill in applying applicable clinical research regulatory requirements i.e. Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines. Strong understanding of the Clinical Research industry and the relevant environments in which it operates.People Management - Proven ability to manage a team and work through others in a global environment to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $140,500.00 - $391,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
